aaaTile st  requires that the customer’s premises be clear and free of any obstacles to ensure a safe and successful delivery. Delivery may be affected if any of the following conditions, but not limited to, are present:esent:

We accept returns of unopened, full boxes within 15 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns made after 15 days are not eligible for a refund or exchange. A 30% restocking fee applies to all returned orders.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within a reasonable timeframe whether the return is approved. If approved, your purchase price will be refunded, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment.

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded. Some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including sealers, adhesives, grouts, end lots, and mosaics.

Refunds do not cover shipping and handling charges listed on your invoice or packing slip. You are responsible for prepaid and insured shipping on all returns, as well as for any loss or damage during transit. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking or insurance. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and any refund amount will exclude these costs.

DELIVERY OF TILE

Tile store Victoria  requires that the customer’s premises be clear and free of any obstacles to ensure a safe and successful delivery. Delivery may be affected if any of the following conditions, but not limited to, are present:

• The driveway or access route to the garage/driveway is obstructed or unsafe due to mud, snow, ice, or other hazards.
   
• Vehicles, garbage bins, scaffolding, or other objects block the unloading area, making it difficult to offload materials.
   
• Steeply sloped driveways prevent our truck from safely delivering the packaged materials.
   
• Unpaved or uneven tarmac surfaces restrict the use of our pump truck or other equipment to move materials into the garage or driveway.
   
• Obstructions prevent our truck from backing up within 3 feet of the garage entrance.

OUR CREW WILL BE RESTRICTED TO DELIVERING THE MATERIAL/PRODUCTS ON PROPERTY OR NEAREST CURBSIDE SHOULD ANY OF THE ABOVE NOTED LIMITATIONS BE ENCOUNTERED 

If Tile Stores Victoria is unable to complete a delivery due to the customer not informing us of one or more of the conditions outlined in our delivery access requirements, full delivery charges will apply for any subsequent delivery attempts. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the property is clear and free of obstacles, and to reschedule delivery according to Victoria Tile Stores availability. Alternatively, customers may arrange to pick up their order directly from our Showroom at 816 Cloverdale Ave, Victoria 

Please note, under no circumstances will any materials or products listed on the attached invoice be cancelled on the day of delivery due to the customer’s refusal to comply with our delivery policy.
